§ 96.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 96.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than $1 and no more than $10.

   (B)   Any person, firm, individual, association, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 96.25 and 96.26 shall be found guilty thereof, and shall forfeit and pay a penalty in a sum of not less than $1 or more than $10.

   (C)   A person who violates §§ 96.02, 96.40, or 96.41 may be fined an amount not to exceed $100 per offense.
