§ 96.01 OPERATION OF VEHICLES WITHIN PUBLIC PARKS.
   (A)   The operation of any unlicensed motor vehicle in the public parks of the city is prohibited.
   (B)   The operation of licensed vehicles in the public parks of the city is restricted to designated paths, roads, streets, and parking areas.
