Upon any street where the cross section of the street does not include curbs, no person shall park or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the paved or main traveled part of the street. The streets described are designated no parking on pavement zones. Appropriate signs need be erected only at such time as the Police Chief deems necessary.
