§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person or entity who admits a violation or is found to have violated any of the provisions of this title for which another penalty is not provided shall be assessed and pay a fine not to exceed $2,500 for each violation of this title. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person or entity who places, maintains or displays a sign in violation of § 70.05 or any person who places a mark or wording on a city-installed sign or upon a sidewalk, curb or pavement in violation of § 70.05 shall be assessed and pay a fine not exceed $2,500 for each violation of § 70.05. If any such city sign, sidewalk, curb or pavement must be repaired or replaced because of a violation of § 70.05, then cost of such repair or replacement shall be added to the fine imposed. Each day such a sign is maintained in violation of this title shall be a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person or entity who violates the provisions of the city code Title VII, Ch. 74, Sch. VII (Truck and Weight Regulations) shall be fined no less than $750 and no more than $2,500 per violation. The reasonable cost of any repair or replacement required as a result of a violation of Title VII, Ch. 74, Sch. VII (Truck and Weight Regulations) shall be collected with the fine as restitution and shall not be considered a part of the fine.
