§ 70.35 VEHICLE INSPECTION FEE; RECEIPT.
   (A)   The Police Department of the city may perform vehicle inspections pursuant to I.C. 9-17-2-12.
   (B)   The fee for said inspection shall be $5.
   (C)   The fees collected for such inspections shall be deposited into the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund as established pursuant to § 35.06.
