§ 70.25 COPIES OF ACCIDENT REPORTS; FEE.

(A) No person shall be furnished a copy of the Indiana Officer's Standard Accident Report on file with the city Police Department without payment to the city of a fee of $5 for that copy.

(B) Amounts collected for copies of accident reports shall be deposited into the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund as established pursuant to § 35.06.
