§ 35.35 YOUTH FOOTBALL FUND.
   (A)   There is established within the City of Mount Vernon-Black Township Park and Recreation Department the Youth Football Fund for the operation and management of a youth football program. This fund shall be a non-reverting fund. Deposits into and payments from the Youth Football Fund shall be in accordance with procedures approved by the State Board of Accounts.
   (B)   This fund shall continue until terminated by resolution.
