§ 35.32 YOUTH TENNIS FUND.
   (A)   There is established within the City of Mount Vernon-Black Township Park and Recreation Department the Youth Tennis Fund for the operation and management of a youth tennis program. This fund shall be a non-reverting fund. Deposits into and payments from the Youth Tennis Fund shall be in accordance with procedures approved by the State Board of Accounts.
   (B)   This fund shall continue until terminated by resolution.
