§ 35.31 COMMUNITY CROSSING GRANT FUND.
   (A)   There is now created a fund within the city entitled the Community Crossing Grant Fund (Fund). The City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and directed to deposit into said fund Community Crossing Grant proceeds received by the city.
   (B)   Monies within the Fund shall be used for the payment of costs associated with road improvements within the city, upon proper appropriation. This fund is a non-reverting fund.
