§ 35.30 BARK PARK FUND.
   (A)   There is established within the City of Mount Vernon-Black Township Park and Recreation Department the Bark Park Fund for the operation and maintenance of a dog park. This fund shall be a non-reverting fund. Deposits into and payments from the Bark Park Fund shall be in accordance with procedures approved by the State Board of Accounts.
   (B)   This fund shall continue until terminated by ordinance.
