§ 35.26 BRITTLEBANK SWIM TEAM FUND.
   (A)   There is established within the City of Mount Vernon - Black Township Park and Recreation Department a Brittlebank Swim Team Fund for the operation of a swim team. This fund shall be a non-reverting fund.
   (B)   This fund shall continue until terminated by ordinance.
