§ 36.63 EMERGENCY VEHICLE PURCHASES.
   In the event a vehicle owned by the city, its department or utilities, is lost or destroyed, during a calendar year, replacement of the vehicle, if approved by the governing body and purchasing agent, may proceed without compliance with § 36.60 of this subchapter.
