§ 91.27 NOISY ANIMALS OR BIRD.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any animal or bird which, by odor or frequent or continued noises, shall disturb the comfort or repose of persons in any dwelling or apartment house or residence.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep or harbor any dog or cat which by loud and frequent barking, howling or yelping shall cause annoyance or disturbance to any of the citizens of the city.
