§ 91.25 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to permit animals kept, possessed, or owned by the person to run at large upon any street, alley, or public place within the city.

(B) No owner or keeper of any dog or cat shall permit the dog or cat to run at large within the city.
