§ 35.24 OPERATION PULLOVER FUND.
   There is established the Operation Pullover Fund in order that the Clerk-Treasurer can receive Operation Pullover grant proceeds, make deposits and pay said proceeds to the participating officers as documented by the grant procedures and application for funds. This Fund shall be a non-reverting fund.
