§ 35.23 IMAGINATION STATION FUND.
   (A)   There is established an Imagination Station Fund to receive funds or donations and make expenditures for the upkeep, maintenance, replacements, improvements and other costs related to Imagination Station at College Park in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. This fund shall be a non-reverting fund.
   (B)   This fund shall continue until terminated by ordinance.
