§ 35.22 MT. VERNON YOUTH BASKETBALL FUND.
   (A)   There is established within the Mount Vernon-Black Township Park and Recreation Department a Mt. Vernon Youth Basketball Fund for the operation of a youth basketball program. This fund shall be a non-reverting fund.
   (B)   This fund shall continue until terminated by ordinance.
