§ 35.21 TIF DEPOSIT FUND.
   (A)   There is established the TIF Deposit Fund in order that the Clerk-Treasurer can receive tax deposits and pay said proceeds to the trustee in accordance with the TIF bond ordinance. This fund shall be a non-reverting fund.
   (B)   This fund shall continue until terminated by ordinance.
