(A) There is established in the city a fund entitled "Brittlebank Pool Lights-PCCF" Fund.
(B) The funds received by the city from the County Community Foundation for the lighting improvements grant shall be receipted into the Brittlebank Pool Lights - PCCF Fund.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to make expenditures from this Fund for the purpose of improving the lighting at Brittlebank Pool in compliance with the County Community Foundation grant. Expenditures shall be made pursuant to the state law and the grant.
(D) This Fund shall be a continuing fund and all monies receipted into the Fund shall be expended for the purposes set forth in division (C) above. As allowed by law, any balance remaining in the Fund at the end of a year shall not revert to the General Fund, but shall remain in the Brittlebank Pool Lights-PCCF Fund to be expended for the purposes set forth in division (C) above.
(E) This Fund shall continue until terminated by ordinance.
