(A) There is established in the city a fund entitled "Project Fun."
(B) The funds received by the city from Youth Service Bureau, Inc. for the AFTERNOONS R.O.C.K. in INDIANA Program shall be receipted into the Project Fun Fund.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to make expenditures from this Fund for the purpose of operating the after school program in compliance with the YSBI Agreement for the Park and Recreation Department. Expenditures shall be made pursuant to the state law and the agreement letter.
(D) This Fund shall be a continuing fund and all monies receipted into the Fund shall be expended for the purposes set forth in division (C) above. As allowed by law, any balance remaining in the Fund at the end of a year shall not revert to the General Fund, but shall remain in the Project Fun Fund to be expended for the purposes set forth in division (C) above.
(E) This Fund shall continue until terminated by ordinance.
