§ 35.10 INDIANA LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE FUND.
   There is hereby created the Indiana Law Enforcement Assistance Fund within the city for proper receipt and disbursement of the Indiana Law Enforcement Assistance Fund (ILEAF) grant proceeds.
