§ 35.18 OPTION INCOME TAX FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a separate account for the city which account shall be known as the County Option Income Tax Fund (COIT).
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall have custody of the COIT Fund and shall account for funds therein separate and apart from other funds of the city, but shall be governed by the laws applicable to city funds in the investment of and accounting for these funds.
