§ 35.17 DOWNTOWN PLANNING FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a separate account for the city which account shall be known as the Downtown Planning Fund.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall have the custody of the Downtown Planning Fund and shall account for the funds therein separate and apart from other funds of the city, but shall be governed by the laws applicable to city funds in the investment of and accounting for these funds.
   (C)   Money received from the Auditor of the State of Indiana for the purpose of the downtown planning grant shall be received into the Downtown Planning Fund and expended only for those purposes.
   (D)   No appropriation shall be required for expenditures from the Downtown Planning Fund for the purposes set out in division (C).
