(A) There is hereby established a separate account for the city which account shall be known as the Survival Life Trailer Fund (SLTF).
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall have custody of the SLTF and shall account for funds therein separate and apart from other funds of the city, but shall be governed by the laws applicable to city funds in the investment of and accounting for these funds.
(C) Money donated to the city for the purpose of maintenance and repair of the Survival Life Trailer of the city Fire Department shall be received into the SLTF and expended only for those purposes.
(D) No appropriation shall be required for expenditures from the SLTF for the purposes set out in division (C).
