§ 35.14 CROW POPULATION CONTROL FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a separate account for the city which account shall be known as the Crow Population Control Fund (CPCF).
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall have custody of the CPCF and shall account for funds therein separate and apart from other funds of the city, but shall be governed by the laws applicable to city funds in the investment and accounting for these funds.
   (C)   Money donated to the city for the purpose of controlling the crow population within the corporate boundaries shall be received into the CPCF and expended only for the purpose of controlling said crow population.
   (D)   No appropriation shall be required for expenditures from the CPCF for equipment, supplies, or services designated for the purposes set forth herein.
