§ 94.03 PRESERVATION OF REFLECTIVE TAPE ON FIRE HYDRANTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or entity to remove, paint over, partially or completely cover, or otherwise disturb any 3M reflective tape placed on any fire hydrant in the city, without first obtaining the permission of the Fire Chief.
