§ 94.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 94.01 and/or § 94.02 shall be fined any sum not more than $2,500 for each offense. Every day any violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person violating § 94.03 shall be fined not more than $300 for each day that the violation takes place.
