§ 97.45 ANIMAL SHELTER.
    For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ANIMAL SHELTER. A facility designated by the City Manager to temporarily contain, house and care for domestic animals held under authority of this chapter.
