§ 95.51 PUBLIC POOLS AND SPAS; GENERAL PROVISIONS.

Any person who operates a public swimming pool or spa within the city shall first obtain a permit from the Code Enforcement office and shall comply with the requirements of this subchapter. This subchapter shall be liberally construed and applied to promote its underlying purpose of protecting public health.
