Upon receipt of the documents identified in § 154.55 above, the City Engineer will review them for compliance with the respective requirements. The City Engineer will perform any inspections of the improvements that are necessary to verify completion of the work. Upon completion of the review, the City Engineer will notify the developer, City Manager, and the City Planner, and the Chief Building Official that construction of improvements are complete and the development is ready for final platting.
