Prior to consideration of the final plat by the Commission, the subdivider shall submit proof that all public utilities have been furnished a copy of the proposed plat and that such utilities take no exception to servicing the subdivision as proposed. Utilities shall include at least:
(A) AEP SWEPCO (or current provider);
(B) Center Point Energy Gas Company (or current provider);
(C) Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (or current provider);
(D) Cox Cablevision of Texas (or current provider);
(E) Bowie-Cass Electric Co-Op (where applicable);
(F) Tri-Special Utility District (where applicable).
