§ 95.21 CORRECTION OF CONDITIONS GENERALLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or occupies any real property in the city, or owns, rents, or occupies any house, building, or structure in the city to:
   (A)   Permit or allow holes or places where water may accumulate and become stagnant or to be or remain on such lot, or to permit or allow the accumulation of stagnant water thereon, or to permit the same to remain thereon. It shall be the duty of such person to keep the area from the line of his or her property to the curb line or street adjacent to it free and clear of accumulations of stagnant water;
   (B)   Permit or allow any trash, rubbish, carrion, filth, or other impure or unwholesome matter to accumulate or remain thereon or therein. It shall be the duty of such person to keep the area from the line of his or her property to the curb line or street adjacent to it free and clear of the matter referred to above;
   (C)   (1)   Permit weeds, brush, or any objectionable or unsightly vegetation to grow to a height of more than 12 inches upon any real property (except as defined in division (C)(2)), within 100 feet of any adjacent property line, under different ownership, and/or within 50 feet of any inhabitable dwelling or commercial structure;
      (2)   For undeveloped vacant property two acres or more in size, vegetation of more than 12 inches shall not be allowed within 25 feet of any adjacent property line under different ownership. Undeveloped vacant property shall mean any property that has not been improved by the installation of an inhabitable dwelling or commercial structure;
      (3)   It shall be the duty of any owner, occupant, or agent in charge of any real property in the municipality to keep the area from his or her property line to the curb line or street pavement free and clear of weeds, brush, or any objectionable or unsightly vegetation, where curbing is provided it shall be kept free and clear of unsightly vegetation;
   (D)   Permit or allow the open storage or accumulation, on any premises improved or unimproved, of any lumber, barrels, bottles, cans, containers, appliances, furniture other than outdoor furniture, mattresses, building materials, metal pipe, tin, tires, automotive parts, or similar items in an objectionable and unsightly manner; or
   (E)   Permit trees, shrubs, bushes, plants, grass, or weeds growing at or near intersections, in such manner as to obstruct the view of approaching traffic from the right or left.
