It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle, trailer or combination thereof on the streets, alleys or other public ways of the city which shall exceed 25 feet in length, except commercial vehicles actually engaged in the loading or unloading of merchandise, freight, furniture, building supplies or fixtures.
