§ 71.046 OPERATION OF VEHICLES IN PARKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any vehicle whatsoever through or upon or to park such vehicle upon any park, hospital grounds or other public property within the city, except upon official, designated roadways or parking lots.
