(A) Applicants seeking to construct, modify, collocate, or replace more than one SWF, may file, at the applicant’s discretion, a consolidated application for up to 20 requests in a single application and receive a single permit for the construction, modification, collocation, or replacement of the SWF subject to the following:
(1) This single application may be filed for multiple SWF only if they are of substantially the same type.
(2) The town must separately address SWF for which incomplete information has been received or which are denied and it must grant a permit for any and all sites in a single application that it does not deny subject to the requirements of this subchapter.
(3) In the case of a consolidated application, the fees may be cumulative. However, the town, at its discretion may opt to reduce such fees to encourage consolidated application submittals.
