(A) Violations of this chapter shall be reported to the Department of Public Services for review, investigation, and enforcement, if necessary.
(B) If a reported concern is in conflict with the guidance of this chapter, the Public Service Department will issue a written explanation of the problem and an appropriate solution. Such written comments will be logged.
(C) Repeat offenders of the same offense on the same property can be forwarded to the Land Codes Inspector or Police Department for enforcement action under § 50.99.
