The Committee on Water Supply shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of four members of the Town Council, said numerical make-up being at the discretion of the Mayor, to whom shall be referred all appropriate matters relating to water and sewer in the town and all issues pertaining thereto. The first appointments to the Committee shall be made by the Mayor within 30 days of the date of the establishment of this Committee for a period of time until the next regular appointment time by the Mayor pursuant to § 30.65. The Chairman of this Committee and the Mayor shall serve on the Town Waterworks and Sewer Commission as provided by state statute.
