(A) Design Review Board approvals shall be vested for a period of two years, subject to the rights and restrictions contained within § 156.049 (Vested Rights).
(B) Routine repairs and maintenance may be made to a structure approved for construction by the Board, as required to preserve it in sound condition. Any proposed changes to the structure as approved by the Board shall be presented to the Board Secretary for determination whether a new application is required.
(C) Any aggrieved party may appeal a decision of the Design Review Board to the circuit court, pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Code §§ 6-29-900 et seq.
