§ 156.154 SIGN INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   Every sign and all parts, portions, units, and materials comprising the same, together with the frame, background, supports, or anchorage thereof, shall be maintained in proper repair and a proper state of preservation.
   (B)   All signs for which a permit is required shall be subject to inspection to ascertain compliance.
   (C)   In the event that maintenance is deemed necessary, the sign owner will be notified by letter, in which case the noted deficiencies shall be corrected within 60 days, unless an extension is granted for sufficient cause shown for an appropriate amount of time.
