§ 156.050 SITE PLAN APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to commence the clearing, excavation, or filling of any lot for any site improvements, or for the construction of any building, or commencing construction of any building on an already prepared lot, or for commencing the moving or alteration of any building, until a site plan has been approved for such work.
   (B)   Site plans for the construction of single- family residences on individual lots shall meet the minimum requirements of the Building Official for issuance of a building permit.
   (C)    The site plan for all construction activities other than on a single-family lot shall follow the requirements of the Site Plan Checklist provided by the Department of Planning, Land Use and Neighborhoods, as may be amended from time to time.
