§ 156.032 MORATORIUMS.
   (A)   Generally. A moratorium on development is justified in certain circumstances and can be implemented to prevent property owners from hindering and/or circumventing the zoning process.
   (B)   Authorization. The town may implement a moratorium if deemed necessary and proper by Town Council.
