§ 94.11 NOTICE TO TOWN AND OTHER OFFICIALS.

   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the Town Administrator shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   (A)   The Mayor and members of Town Council;

   (B)   The Chief of Police;

   (C)   The Town Attorney;

   (D)   The Fire Chief;

   (E)   The Director of the Department of Public Works.
