§ 94.10 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Any applicant shall have the right to request reconsideration of a denial of a parade or public assembly permit to the Town Administrator. Within five days after receipt of the denial, the denied applicant shall make the request by filing a written notice with the Town Administrator. The Town Administrator shall promptly act upon the request within five days following receipt of the notice of request.
   (B)   Any applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade or public assembly permit to the Police, Judicial and Legal Committee. The denied applicant shall make the appeal within five days after receipt of the denial by filing a written notice with the Police, Judicial and Legal Committee, and a copy of the notice with the Town Clerk. The Police, Judicial and Legal Committee shall act upon the appeal at its next scheduled meeting or within 30 days following receipt of the notice of appeal.
   (C)   In the event that the Police, Judicial and Legal Committee rejects an appeal, the applicant may file an immediate request for prompt judicial review with a court of competent jurisdiction. In the event of any such review, the town shall file its response to the complaint or appeal motion within 20 days of service of same, and will join with the applicant in an application to the court for an expedited hearing and decision of the appeal at the next available term of court.
