§ 92.31 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   All burning other than by individual residents on their own property and in an approved incinerator shall require a burning permit issued by the Fire Chief or his or her designee.
   (B)   Prior to issuance of a burning permit, the following shall be submitted to the Fire Department for review and approval:
      (1)   Site plan of area to be cleared, showing all property lines, adjacent roadway, occupied structures, and proposed location of burn piles.
      (2)   Contractor's official business name and business license number, if applicable.
      (3)   Listing of day and night emergency telephone numbers.
      (4)   On site inspection by Fire Official who shall view the proposed burn site and make such suggestions and requirements as necessary for a safe operation.
   (C)   Permits shall be valid for a period of 30 calendar days from date of issuance. Each permit shall be for one location on the same property. Each permit shall be accompanied by a fee of $100 no matter of size of project or number of piles to be burned.
