That square of ground heretofore set out and measured by the Charleston and Sullivan's Island Railroad Company, on the public commons of the municipality, is confirmed as, and is again constituted, a public cemetery or burial place for the use of the citizens and inhabitants of the municipality, and such cemetery shall be known as Ocean Grove Cemetery.
