(A) No person shall open any grave within the municipality which contains the remains of a previous burial, for the purpose of a new interment, without a written permit from the Board of Health.
(B) No person shall open any grave within the municipality, for the purpose of removing the dead body therein, without a written permit from the Board of Health.
(C) No person shall bury any dead human body in any burial ground, cemetery or vault within the municipality without a written permit from the Board of Health.
