§ 72.17 OWNER RESPONSIBLE FOR ILLEGAL PARKING.
   No person shall allow, permit, or suffer any vehicle registered in his or her name to stand or park in any street in the city in violation of any of the provisions of this code or other ordinances or regulations of the municipality regulating the standing or parking of vehicles.
