§ 72.13 WASHING, GREASING, OR REPAIRING VEHICLES IN ROADWAY.
   No person shall park or stand a vehicle on any roadway for the principal purpose of washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs, necessitated by an emergency.
