It shall be unlawful to stand or park a vehicle in such position as to block any approaches or areas adjacent to any boat landing, or so as to interfere with or impede the launching, loading, or unloading of a boat at any boat landing located in the municipality, or so as to interfere with the proper functioning of any boat landing, and securing a boat of any size while in the water so as to interfere with other boaters.
