§ 70.03 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   All persons shall obey all traffic-control devices or signs, signals, markings, and devices placed or erected by the municipality or the State Highway Department, whether manually, electrically, or mechanically operated.
